1. Medical Nutrition Therapy & Healthcare Disclaimer

Health Hatch provides credentialed Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) led by Palak Koradia, Registered Dietitian (RD). Nutritional protocols, meal plans, and lifestyle recommendations are designed to optimize cellular metabolism, hormonal balance, and nutritional status.

Medical Notice: Our dietetic consultations do not constitute emergency medical interventions, surgical procedures, or pharmacological prescribing. Clients taking prescription medications (such as insulin, metformin, levothyroxine, or antihypertensives) must coordinate medication dose reductions with their prescribing physician or endocrinologist as metabolic biomarkers improve.

2. Consultations & Rescheduling Policy

Video consultations are scheduled in advance on Palak Koradia's calendar. Because dedicated clinical time is reserved for your session, we request at least 12 hours prior notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling requests can be made via WhatsApp (+91-9619848377) or email.

3. Patient Responsibilities

Effective medical nutrition therapy relies on full clinical transparency. Patients agree to provide accurate, up-to-date medical histories, diagnostic laboratory blood panels, and current medication lists prior to initial consultation.

4. Program Commitments & Intellectual Property

All personalized therapeutic diets, educational guides, meal plans, and clinical recipes provided during your program are customized exclusively for your biochemical profile and are the intellectual property of Health Hatch. Redistribution or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
